You learn to plan a variant or tour as well as to plan the ascent independently and to choose an adequate route taking into account the terrain. 

Goal

Developing the necessary competence to safely lead a group of snow sports athletes on a tour through a snowboard school.

Admission Requirements

• Technique module or module ski 2 attended and passed
• Safety & Rescue module (Recommendation: 1 Season of experience with the SR)
• Appropriate equipment and prerequisites in terms of fitness, riding technique, orientation and experience

Examination

• Theory test: Detailed planning of a tour according to specifications (Area, avalanche bulletin).
• Practical examination in the terrain: leading a group on the ascent and descent, assessment of key sections and route selection as well as daily assessment of the candidates by the class instructors.
